If you live or work in the town of Lexington you are eligible for a local preference.  Rents are based on your income.

Community Preservation

Did you know that the LHA received a grant from the Community Preservation replaced windows at Vynebrooke Village.  The residents are thrilled with their warmer apartments and easier to open windows.

Town meeting has approved funding for roofs at Greeley Village

Federal Grant

Soon work will begin to replace siding and doors at Countryside Village and the Scattered Sites.
